Life through movement

“It is the science of movement and the application of exercise in rehabilitative treatment or performance. Biokinetics is the profession concerned with health promotion, the maintenance of physical abilities and final phase rehabilitation, by means of scientifically-based physical activity programme prescription.” – BASA

What our patients say...

  • Craig Wight
I worked with Belinda for 3 months and absolutely loved the training program. With my focus being Off-road triathlons in the second part of 2017, the focus was to build my strength as a platform for pushing on in the various disciplines. I can confidently say that I have been injury free for past two months and already doing personal bests across running and MTB disciplines.

I'm a 55 year old cyclist who's been doing Biokinetics with Belinda for 4 months on a programme for moderately fit cyclists and have felt enormous benefits, not only in terms of overall strength and wellbeing but also as a cyclist. I can't wait to do my next FTP test to see if this impression is confirmed with actual measurement.

I followed a 3-month program with Belinda and absolutely loved the diversity of the program. I noticed after a few weeks how much stronger I became at running and cycling. I personally have had many personal bests since, so I would recommend Belinda to anyone.

I cannot recommend Belinda highly enough! I have done strength and conditioning classes with her for 3 months. Belinda has sorted out my sore hip (of 16 years!) .She is very knowledgeable and dedicated. I enjoy her classes.

After a long sabbatical off the bike i returned approximately 3 months ago. I decided do head down to Cyclezone as i needed more structured training as i don't have much time. The combination the team offers is what i like. A one stop shop so to speak. But what's more important is my own personal growth over the last months. So with Nadine coaching me and Belinda building my stability initially my overall results are unbelievable for such a short period. I'm really excited for the next few months and ultimately looking forward to riding strong at next years ABSA Cape Epic. If we get an entry. Thanks ladies.
